Hello list, I just wanted to inform you all that the same Voiceover volume bug that prevents you from turning up the volume once you've lowered it with the rotor for iPhone 5S users, is also happening on the new iPad mini retina. I got my new iPad today, and I was a little shocked to discover this bug on here too.
