Your mistake is at step 6. You actually only have three options. The first one you are hitting is actually a descriptor and isn't even a button. You need to choose to add it as voice call, facetime audio or facetime. What you say the choices are is slightly different than what I have so either you are mistaking facetime and facetime audio for the same thing or you are running a different iOS version. -- Cheryl
