So do you have to uninstall all 3 or just apple support and bonjour. Jen

I installed the ITunes update, and I had the same issues. I ended up uninstalling ITunes bonjour and apple application support. You do all of this by going into your control panel, hit add remove programs, and choos ITunes, bonjour, and apple application support from the list. Once you remove these things, go to apple software and you should be able to install ITunes. It worked for me.
