First, "Lower Case" is one of the four modes of handwriting and not an
option from the rotor per se.
Is it possible that you are doing the rotor gesture a bit too fast and
passing right by the Characters option?
This has happened to me from time to time; I simply just do the rotor
gesture a bit more slowly and not quite so intensely, then often as not the
option I'm looking for appears.

I'm hoping someone out there can help me with this one!.
I discovered last night that Characters are not showing up in the Rotor.
I can seeVolume, Handwriting, lower case, Containers, Language, Words,
and, speech rate. but no Characters. so cannot read a message by
Characters if needed.
Any idea's on how I restore the Characters heading/option?.
