Hi Jonathan, Okay, I can go ahead and do a iCloud back up but how do I do a back up with iTunes? I know next to nothing about iTunes and I would need step by step directions on how to do the back up on my computer with i Tunes. Can you or someone help me with this? I would very much appreciate it. Thanks and take care.
