Hi Julia, I just opened the settings in Prizmo. I will list them here, so you can compare what you have.
iCloud- Mine is off by choice. This is a toggle button. General- Under themes, the default is neutral. OCR- detect text orienntation is on. Export image quality is high. Accessibility- Under voice reading, you can change the reading speed, so this is personal preference. I also did a quick capture scan with prizmo. It gave the normal up, down, back, away, right etc. to locate the text. I tapped on the "take picture" button and the normal chimes were heard. Do you think it's time to contact support with Prizmo? They may have something that they can suggest. HTH.
