Hi Eileen, I installed Prizmo on my iPod some time ago, and after reading your list of suggested settings below, I finally decided to test Prizmo on a business card. Wow, I was able to obtain good results. Not perfect (About 90% accuracy), but I could read the information and get the phone number I was seeking. Thank you for taking the time to convey such great information.

General- Under themes, the default is neutral. OCR- detect text orienntation is on. Export image quality is high. Accessibility- Under voice reading, you can change the reading speed, so this is personal preference. I also did a quick capture scan with prizmo. It gave the normal up, down, back, away, right etc. to locate the text. I tapped on the "take picture" button and the normal chimes were heard. Do you think it's time to contact support with Prizmo?
