Or as my Uncle use to say, some people would complain even if you hang them
with a new rope! <grin>  I think your probably right.  If we all started
driving around town, then we would be complaining about the high cost of gas
along with everybody else!  Well unless the car is electric but then we'd be
moaning over how high our electric bill is getting recharging that car!

I am older than you but when my sons were very young I tried to
encourage them to work on a car I could use independently.  I didn't
succeed with that but I am hopeful I will be able to travel throughout
the city independently.  But then, I would find another issue related
to blindness to complain about (smile)
