Voicemail works here as well, on an iPhone5. I've gotten that stuck number bug many times, though, and it seems to go away if you just hit the number again. So, if you press 5 and the 5 tone plays on and on, just press 5 a second time and the tone should stop. If not, remove the Phone app from the Ap Switcher.
