I just installed IOS 8 and immediately saw the phone dialing bug, and I can live with it as I rarely dial phone numbers, but seriously how in the world can Apple release an IOS version with a bug as simple as not being able to dial a phone number using VoiceOver. Either they barely test VoiceOver before a release or don't care as a bug this serious would never be released to the public and those not using VoiceOver.
