I am betting the signal in Queens NY must be awful as the few times I have 
tried to do anything when I am not on Wifi the experience has been miserable. I 
did not notice how many bars I had at the time of this comedy of errors. At 
least I was able to laugh it off, yes but it was quite frustrating. Was not 
sure if FaceTime did work when you are not on Wifi but the one time I needed it 
it did not.
