There are good bluetooth headsets both single earpieces and stereo headsets. However, you will not find a bluetooth headset which will not have a slight lag and the audio quality will not be as good as that of a wired headset. Of course this all depends on your standard and that of the caller on the other end. If you get too much of your body between the headset and your phone you may experience drop-outs.
