Is this with downcast or overcast? Sounds more like moving apps on an
iDevice to me.

When you move an app from the first to the second page it will
automatically land on an open spot if one exists. Also, you can place
any app you wish into the doc by first removing one you don't want
there.

The one plus that Overcast does have over Downcast in my opinion is that

can play files at the 3x speed. While Downcast has this option, it

worked for quite a few updates now. Playback begins to skip at this

he says it's on his list of bugs to fix, it's never been addressed in
any

the numerous updates since the skipping first started. Doubt it will be
fixed at this point.
