I did an encrypted backup of my iphone to itunes, but now I want to restore it on to my new phone? Also, I don't seem to be able to get my new phone to restore my backup in the cloud.
Any help with either of these issues would begreatly appreciated. Someone's always done this for me before so am not real sure of the steps.
