Is your new phone already set up? Normally if you receive a new phone you will be asked at the end of the setup process if you want to set up as a new phone or restore from a backup. If your phone is connected to iTunes, you can then select the backup and it will be restored. If your phone is already set up, just connect to iTunes, then go to the File menu, find “Devices” and from there select “Restore”.
