Hello Arthur,

./binsrc/cached_resources/cached_resources.c is composed automatically
by ./binsrc/cached_resources/GNUmakefile from source files of various
origins stored in ./binsrc/cached_resources/ subtree. It is placed into
the distribution to avoid possible problems related to different awk
versions on different platforms.

./libsrc/langfunc/encoding_html.c is based on data from a publicly
available normative document, don't know how to place any copyright on
it. Similarly, I can't say I'm author of ./libsrc/langfunc/latin1ctype.c
and ./libsrc/langfunc/latin1ctype.h because data listed are borrowed
from GCC headers but they could be copied from any similar place.
