There are any number of ways to upload RDF data into Virtuoso as detailed at:

Question is why is the BulkLoader script failing as probably other methods 
would fail also ?

I don't see how you could be getting the same error as Luka was getting 
starting the server with lck file in place, so what exactly is the error you 
receive when attempting to upload the data files ?

Also, are there any errors in the Virtuoso log file (virtuoso.log)  which might 
give an indication as to the cause of the problem ?
