extensions.conf is quite standard...
...
[macro-telcobri_out]
exten => s,1,SetCallerID(8575051)
exten => s,2,Dial(VISDN/visdn1.0/${ARG1})
exten => s,3,Congestion
exten => s,103,Busy
...
I played around with all sort of settings... These are the latest
...
[isdn-abgehend]
;exten => _XXX.,1,Macro(telcobri_out|${EXTEN})
exten => _XXX.,1,Dial(VISDN/visdn1.0/${EXTEN})
;exten => _XXX.,102,Goto(VISDN/visdn1.1/${EXTEN})
...
I use the _XXX. So that local extensions (2-digitted) get routed in a
local context.

Sure:

The above I always get while dialling. So far not having a clue what it
is.
Here's the last words of *

Which probably makes you happier than I am at the moment ;-)
