That's what I was talking about. I tried LOCAL- and IO-APIC. All that
changed was the IRQ. No behaviour-change at all. Believe me, I'm that
close -><- to try out another motherboard/Linux-Distribution. Sadly
there's no other card available. The Quad-port is some 700 Euros. Maybe
I exchange the card when I won't find a solution over the week-end.
