I also had an issue when I tried to 1.7.3 to 2.02. It failed during
the install to start the service and could not continue so it had to
roll-back the installation. However, after this 1.7.3 was hosed and I
couldn't connect to it either. I had to de-install and then reinstall
1.7.3. I was down for an hour as I worked through what was happening
and tried various things (tried installing other versions such as 2.0,
etc.).

Anyhow, it doesn't seem like 2.0.2 is ready for primetime, at least
not the upgrade process.

I'm running 2008 Server SP1, not a member of a domain.
