Same problem here. The installer cannot start the service. I've tried 2.0.1 / 2.0.2 and 2.0.3.20456
I saw this error in the event logs: VisualSVNServer.exe: Syntax error on line 111 of C:/Services/VisualSVN Server/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of C:/Services/ VisualSVN Server/conf/httpd-custom.conf: Cannot load C:/Services/ VisualSVN Server/trac/python/mod_python_so.pyd into server: Access is denied.
