The error "no listening sockets available" indicates that the port
you've selected during installation of VisualSVN Server is in use by
another application. I.e. some process already occupies the port and
that prevents VisualSVN Server from binding to this port.

* You can run 'netstat' in order to determine the application that's
taking the port (check the netstat.txt) and kill it.

* Alternatively you can choose another port when installing VisualSVN
Server (or in VisualSVN Server Manager when VisualSVN Server has been
already installed).
