Good thing. That page is only rarely updated. Tom C. as apparently
bailed as steward of the site. Mark Jason-Dominus is the official

Eventually a symlink should appear in $CPAN/src/5.0/ (or $CPAN/src/5.0/devel/ -
apparently CPAN has become *more* difficult to use lately not less), until
it does try the pumpking's CPAN id directory. For betas leading
to 5.6 the pumpking is Gurusamy Sarathy, as in:
$CPAN/authors/id/GSAR/perl5.5.660.tar.gz
e.g.
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/GSAR/perl5.5.660.tar.gz
http://cpan.valueclick.com/authors/id/GSAR/perl5.5.660.tar.gz
(which are the same machine now that valueclick "spam is us" is
commercializing the cpan.org name - sigh).
