I think maybe we are answering the wrong question.  It's a while since I
used ICS but I think it assigns a different internal address to each system
from the 192.168 pool.  Just enter 'IPCONFIG' at a DOS prompt on each system
to get the individual IP addresses (but be warned they are probably dynamic
which means they may vary over time - you can get a different IP address
each time you use ICS).  That is the address you use in VNC to connect to
another system on the LAN.

Now if you want to connect across the Internet to a system on your LAN you
need to set up port forwarding as William Hopper described.

As well as any other NAT device, because that is what ICS is.  The biggest
issue is the older versions don't have a GUI to set it up.  That, of
course, has been fixed by third parties.
