ChromiVNC has been updated to a v3.4 alpha 4 release.
This fixes a few bugs (some serious) and introduces a number of features on
people's wish-lists (such as view-only password support). Please see the
website for more details and for download:

The website is undergoing a complete redesign and has a number of broken
links. It should, however, already be easier to read and navigate.
Heads-up to Dair Grant: there is a bug in RRE decoding in VNCThing 2.2
which causes disconnections as soon as an RRE-coded update is received.
Workaround for the time being is simply to disable RRE when using VNCThing.
Heads-up to AT&T: the WinVNC viewer bug with CoRRE decoding is still
present as of viewer version 3.3.3r2 (as distributed with WinVNC 3.3.3r9).
The workaround is to disable CoRRE at the server end (since WinVNC does not
support disabling specific encodings at the viewer end). This does not
apply to recent TridiaVNC releases.
Both of the above bugs are not specific to ChromiVNC connections, however
ChromiVNC is more likely to tickle such bugs due to the aggressive
optimisation routines it uses to select encodings.
