I do believe you are SOL. You have been constantly asking the same
questions for the last two+ weeks and everyone has basically told you the
same thing. Get Over It.
Net Config:
=====
= =
= A = (Internet)
=====
+
+
+ (DSL/Cable)
+ (WAN)
+
--- (LAN) ---
[ B ]-------------[ C ]
--- ---
(B = Home PC w/ ICS You Can't Touch)
(C = Your Home PC)
Problems
1) You can't change software on point B.
2) Your asking how one could configure software on machine C so that packets
from point A will reach point C without changing software on point B, no
going to happen.
3) DNS2GO WON'T WORK!!!! You would have to configure ICS, (I don't know
how, RTFM), on machine B to get it to work.
4) You can't change software on point B.
Solutions:
1) Get access to machine B to configure ICS.
2) Buy a router, ~$100 USD for a decent 4Port.
3) Get access to machine B, Install a proxy server.
4) Give Up, Go to the Bar.

Depending on your type of router used in your home internet sharing each
desktop should be assigned an IP# number, for example you mentioned;
192.168.0.2
I would purely guess, another computer on your home network is:
192.168.0.1
or
192.168.0.3
So...open the port 5800/5900 on the computer which VNC is installed, then
install DNS2GO on that same computer and take over from where I wrote
earlier.
