Additional solution IF can get access to software on machine "B":

1)Install PortMapper from AnalogX
(http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/pmapper.htm) on MACHINE
"B" and forward ports 5801 and 5901 to the local i.p. of machine "C" with
redirect to ports 5800 and 5900 respectively.

2) Get to VNC on machine "C" from http://dns2go.address:5801 as long is ICS
properly configured on "B" and VNC service is running on "C". If machine
"C" gets out to the internet with no problem through machine "B" this should
work -- of course machine "B" cannot be blocking tcp ports 5800-01 and
5900-01!
