Vnet and multiple windows

I am trying to check some stuff on my local (on my machine) Vnet server.
When i try to play 2 users (2 windows), Netscape (V4.8) gives the following
message:
NETSCAPE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 024f:bff85d61.
I reinstalled Netscape, Vnet and Cosmo2.1 - but this did not help.

Any ideas? Do I need to reinstall Win95? (It used to be OK...)
