ok, it seems like we're living in a hierarchical world, but at least let all
classes have the same avatar choices; It's always humiliating in AW that the
"rich" guys have the nice shiny looking avatars, like the macho biker, and
the "guest" guys and dolls have the grey-mass look.

why not 'earn' your rights, that is, if you are a frequent visitor of the
world, and you behave well, you gain rights, like a good dog that earned his
cookie cause he was a good boy that day. That way, you also encourage people
to come again and do constructive things. Or is this just wishfull thinking?

i don't make much out of the cool diagram either, but here some other
thoughts:
If multiple users are allowed to build, maybe add a size limit to it,
instead of deleting all the heavy stuff afterwards. Allowance of inline wrl
nodes in the online building. That way users don't have to build from
scratch, they can just put an inline to an existing wrl somewhere on a
server. Do not restrict users to use just square planes to build with (like
in AW), that way you have a bigger chance to get boring vrml.

Since it's almost Christmas, it would be nice to have a wavelet compression
on the vrml. You can imagine it as a slider you can move to set the
resolution of the world, so you have good rendering conditions on every
machine. I think this one is probably something on the VRML browser side,
instead of the server.
