I’m surprised that you’re not aware of the laws on this (or lack of). There are only a small number of states with all party consent laws, most are single party. You just can’t record a third-party conversation where you are not involved, and they don’t know you’re recording.
It leads to a complexity that I’m trying to help a customer with now. What if someone in AZ (single party) calls a person in CA (all party)? Further, what if the server is in AZ, but the caller is in an all party state, and they call a single party state? Etc.
