One more thing - be sure you're interpreting the readout properly. I got quite confused at first, trying to figure out which digit is how much current. At maximum sensitivity, the last digit is 100 aA, so my reading for example is 10 to 20 counts, or 1.0 to 2.0 fA. That last digit is mostly noise, but gives some idea of what's going on in between.
