While I am sure this is technically possible, I have found that it brings absolutely no favorable response from customers. The ones who don't care, don't notice it. The ones who need it because they are doing work from home with YOUR ISP service and want to send out under their company email address get upset that they cant do it. They will use that as one clear reason to shop for another ISP who does not make up the rules for themself. I say, if they are paying you for SMTP services, then give them SMTP services, even if it doesn' have your name on it. If they abuse it, then fine them (be sure you have your terms in your terms of service document).
