The only way I know is to
build and license a second machine running radius on it. Then you can
build a fail over in your routers for a secondary Radius IP Address.
This would take over if the primary radius server failed or was off line
for any reason.

on the VOPRADIUS server and both autenticate users? How to setup
this?
