If e-mail means "in writing" for you, I have my yearly modusMail subscription price right here on my inbox folder. About the upgrades/support plans, too bad they changed the upgrade insurance policy without notice. I've had non-insured periods several times in the past and easily bought the upgrade when the new features were meaningful to be. If I had been told, I would have bought a lot of upgrade insurances.... Now they're just gonna have to try harder on the features to get my money.
