[VOPRadius] How-to get vopradius working with slipstream

What does your profile look like? Do you have the other options enable as per Yves directions? If you need to get VOPRadius running with a SLIPSTREAM box (bandwidth optimizer) (Note that the <tab> is a real tab character.
