You know.... I decided to use VW's VISP program which will replace the need for your own Radius because of issues like this. You will be able to tell usage quite clearly with that.

Of course, it costs about the same as an annual contract with V for the radius software to use that so you need to decide if it is a fair switch of things.

We have the same issues you all are talking about.  The difference being, we are currently using Velocity West.  The bigger problem we are having with them is they cap our users at 150 hours per month.  I guess they are not clearing the ghosting issue on their side as we get calls from the EU about not being able to connect and there is no error in our log.  IF we can EVER get VW on the phone they say the user is over their 150 hours.  Of course, the EU says there is no way, and based on their usage with our previous wholesale provider I would have to agree with the EU for once!  Needless to say VWs support is hard to contact and either not very knowledgeable or not willing to help.  I am going to have to try to convince my boss to move to another provider.

A less creative and faster solution is to give them a profile that allows multiple logons (2?) if you are renting ports, not by the account.

GlobalPops normal ghosting and dual user policy will handle them then.  You can tell GlobalPops to only allow one logon per user... and they will handle clearing ghosting

You may show some duplicate logins... but if you aren't keeping track of hours on your system, it won't make a difference.
