So does it only “log” watchdog packets & not support them?  We do NOT have the problem with “ghosted” users on our local RASes just our roaming provider.

I tried to send a screen shot but the message was too large for this list.  In version 3.2 on the “log tracking” tab there is a “log watchdog packets” checkbox.

only problem with fingering GlobalPops as the problem, is that they didn't make the software, the issue here is VOPRadius, it DOESN'T SUPPORT   watchdog packets.. if your mad at someone, be mad at them, if you want this feature in your radius - email blast vircom, and/or call them.
