Ok, I have a Globalpops Radius Admin that is interested in our conversations about the ghosting issues. I dont think Vircom will put him on the list (and he wouldnt want to see all the other stuff going on here either) so, how many of you would be willing to join a short-term list to discuss just these issues where we KNOW globalpops is watching and possibly engaging in open converstation?* * * C O N F I D E N T I A L I T Y S T A T E M E N T * * * This E-MAIL message and any accompanying documents contain confidential information intended for a specific individual and purpose. My first goal (although yours may be different) is to convince globalpops to send us watchdog packets. I think this is a realistic goal now that they understand exactly what is being asked for.

Yes sir, I knew that per my conversations with Yves many months ago. Guess I should have used these tags on my message:

No, watchdog packets are supported.

So does it only log watchdog packets & not support them? We do NOT have the problem with ghosted users on our local RASes just our roaming provider.
I tried to send a screen shot but the message was too large for this list. In version 3.2 on the log tracking tab there is a log watchdog packets checkbox.

only problem with fingering GlobalPops as the problem, is that they didn't make the software, the issue here is VOPRadius, it DOESN'T SUPPORT watchdog packets.. if your mad at someone, be mad at them, if you want this feature in your radius - email blast vircom, and/or call them.
