The Italian Patent Office granted a patent for the E-Cat in 2011, valid until 2028 but only in Italy. Rossi's wife Maddalena Pascucci is the patent owner. From: Hoyt A. As an example, Piantelli has a nickel-hydrogen patent. How could he enforce that against Rossi if what's inside a Rossi device is a secret? Does a court have the power to force disclosure?
