It says the money will be paid "immediately after (i) Validation is achieved as provided in Section 4 hereof." Section 4 describes an ERV test of 24 hours. Okay, maybe it passed that test, and the test described in section 5, lasting 350 days, is the bone of contention. So, he got the first payment, and the lawsuit is about the rest of the money. That's my impression. I don't know though. - Jed
