It is not clear to me what you are complaining about. This is an interview where Rossi gives rounded numbers off the top of his head. If the output temperature was 116C this is a good indication that the steam was superheated and not wet.

That's not according to me. That was Rossi himself, in the Lewan interview:

Those numbers plus some other surprisingly round numbers were in the data I saw.
