When Hydrino formation energy is used to clone more Hydrinos of the same size, the maximum energy gain is a factor of about 6. This is pretty close to what Mizuno is getting. I wonder if he tried Hydrogen vs. Deuterium, and if the result was different? (BTW cloning depends on having atoms not molecules available.)
