Thomas, global temperature is the result of just two things: incident solar 
power, and ability of the planet to retain the heat. Failing to see that both 
phenomenons are equally important amounts to wearing blinds. The more solar 
power we get, the more we must reduce, or at least stop increasing, the ability 
of the planet to retain the heat.
