It looks like a Bendini variant.  Reading the thread, the experimenter
admits that the motor stops eventually when he removes the power.
That 47,000 uF cap will keep it going for quite a while.  He said he
used a trifilar winding; but, that bifilar will work as well.  Sheesh,
then why bother?
