So.... the Intelligence community of the DoD looked into LENR, decided that there's enough sound scientific evidence to suggest that LENR just might be real, and because of the most extraordinary ramifications if it is real, is, with this report, warning government agencies and the scientific mainstream to WAKE THE F*CK UP or GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR A$$! ??? Or, someone on the inside found a conduit thru which to fight the 'perception'...
