(page 12) and he says: "triggering a capture of a proton by the nickel powder, with a consequent transformation of nickel to copper". (page 1) On page 12 his says also, that: "in addition to fusion, the inventive reaction also provides a nickel nucleus fission phenomenon generating lighter stable atoms."
