Nuclear Warning Panel? This is still an unknown phenomenon, and the idea that it's nuclear is still speculation. It is not known to be a nuclear reactor. It might very well be some sort of zero-point energy device. The only explanations out there are just hypothesis -- not even theories. The only thing a government might be interested in are the regulations which would apply to creating steam in a large device. Craig
