Because: 1. I have not got around to it. 2. I figure the authors may want to change it. 3. It was not published elsewhere so it sorta breaks the rules at LENR-CANR.org. I do not usually upload original papers. Unlike Wikipedia with their "no original research" rule, I am flexible. - Jed
