While I do understand what a full order book can do, it is disappointing
to say the least. So much for his 100 kW min size offer. May still be
doable but not until Feb 2012.

Email to Rossi:

"Dear Dr. Rossi

Thanks you for your prompt reply, which was a surprise. We read in your Journal of Nuclear Physics blog that you would accept orders for E-Cat plants ranging from 100 kW minimum size to 1 MW maximum size. Has that changed?

As for the fluid, you have stated you are working with diathermic oil. We would ask the following questions:

1) When can we place orders for a diathermic oil 100 kW E-Cat system?

2) What is the working temperature of the diathermic oil?

Based on your 1 MW E-Cat plant having 52 E-Cat modules, we believed a 100 kW plant would need 5 of the E-Cat modules. If so we will design and build a racking system to contain the modules, of which we need the necessary specifications as well as those of the control system. We would not ask you to do this. What we then need are 5 E-Cat modules and the control system. We will provide a 20 ft container with the racking system and diathermic oil heat exchanger system installed. All your people will need to do is to install the E-Cat modules and control system into our racking, inside our container and to demonstrate the system working for 48 continuous hours with a min COP of 6. We will engage a local Italian HVAC company to assist us with this "Boiler" like test. We have a good Italian speaking Australian engineer, with boiler experience, that will be part of our team. We are also working with the supportive members of the Vortex discussion group and where possible will keep them informed of our progress. Mr Jed Rothwell has been very helpful. We would like to include him in our evaluation team.

We are ready to pay you USD250,000 for the 5 diathermic oil E-Cat modules and the control system. Do we now have a workable proposal? As always our discussions are Commercial in Confidence."
