NE is like 25% of the US. As you have said, sometime Rossi does mislead. The guy sure seemed interested to get involved at an early stage of the development and I would suggest, from researching Charlie Sutherland, that he would be a good and knowledgeable early adopter. Just what Rossi and the E-Cat needs.

Nope. That guy is in North Carolina, the southeast. Rossi said the customer is in the northeast.
